As a result of feedback from a potential investor presentation on 18 Sept 2012 the below recommendations in improving the business. This is shown in the table below

Water wastage
High Especially in Western Australia the need to conserve water is of high importance to the community and businesses. This will also save the organisation money with not using excessive amount of water. Use a specific amount of water per vehicle size and type Investigate purchasing a water tank to gather rain water to wash cars Implement a water measuring systems Quarterly review water usage Promotion of good statistics and budgeting for water rates. |
Environmental Issues
Medium To ensure chemicals used in the business don’t harm or negatively affect the environment Use of bio degradable and green soaps and detergents that do not harm the environment.
